    These words must be single “Words” not a combination of words. If you think “with lot of love” is a word, you are utterly wrong. We can get hell lot of words based on your logic.

    Words that contain all vowels means they should be “words” only not sentences.

    Note to John and Ravi: there is also

    A Void (translated from the original French La Disparition (literally, “The Disappearance”) is a 300-page French lipogrammatic novel, written in 1969 by Georges Perec, entirely without using the letter e (except for the author’s name), following Oulipo constraints.

  131. Tery September 10, 2010 at 1:59 pm #

    Murciélago (bat) is apparently the only Spanish word that has the five vowels. Twenty years ago I started collecting words with five vowels (as I came across them) and stopped at 100. Interesting that others pursue. Do you accept nonaquiscent or antiturquoise?

  132. John September 1, 2010 at 3:04 am #

  190. Anonymous September 5, 2007 at 2:22 pm #

    Has anybody noticed that the vowels are in a kind of sequence?

    A=1 + 4=E + 4=I + 6=0 + 6=U + 4=Y

    A  bcd  E  fgh  I  jlkmn  O pqrst  U  vwx  Y
    1    3   1    3   1     5     1     5     1    3    1

    Coincidental, huh?
