I’m sure the usual arguments will surface about Al Gore and the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) after today’s announcement that they are sharing the Nobel Peace Prize.
I’m not going to get on the same old merry-go-round with this, but I’ve found a blog where the early discussion, at least, is balanced and interesting.
I’ve contributed a comment there, and now I plan to sit back and watch the festivities and follies unfold.
If you want to use this post as a place to discuss or flame on the topic, I can’t stop you. But I will not comment on anything here or moderate the discussion.
If things get out of hand, I may ask the Science Blog fearless leader to delete inappropriate posts.

I don’t need to get involved in this discussion if you are willing to watch this ten-minute video. I can’t make the point any better.
