1 thought on “Cultivating happiness often misunderstood”

  1. Happiness is said to be inside the eye of the beholder and that people can choose how they feel. It is also important to note that most of the time, happiness is contagious. When you surround yourself with positive people it is likely that you will also be positive and positiveness mostly brings happiness. It also stems from the every day decisions that we make, if we make poor decisions which result in negative results we will obviously become unhappy. I also agree with the part of the article that says people who help others(givers) are more likely to be more happy compared to the receivers. Happiness is complex because of how different people view it. It all comes down to how different people perceive happiness.
