can my husband hear my voices?

Thanks for the feedback. I just don't understand why ; when I wear head phones I can not hear "my voices". During the day I do my best to ignore thier constant conversation and judgement of my daily rituals. When my husband comes into the picture they seem to converse with him and I feel he listens to them. I also feel as though I notice a major attitude change on his part if they start in on him; like he can feel my same agony of thier constant evaluation of our actions and love for one another. I will seek professional help. I was just confused by everything i have read; no one addresses the voices as being external............ I feel i can hear them outside my window or in another room. If my husband tries to drown them out he can cover my ears and rock me in what would "normally" be a relaxing jesture. But I feel i have to fight it and become costerphobic because I think they are telling him things and I dont want to miss what they are feeding his head with. But I've always been nosey LOL.......although never insecure or jealous. This introduction is detramental to my marriage and therefore i thank you for your time and I will see a physician before I run off the most important person I know. Besides God and my two lovely children.......thier love is unconditional. I suppose a spouse is to be mentioned on that list as well, but honestly I don't know how when I constantly push him away and question his innosence.
