Hi i sometimes get thing in my head that causes vomiting and stuff. Such as like things going fast songs and stuff. And allso when you read a book you create an image of what happens i can imagine a boat going fast and the water movie really fast and stuff i talked to the doctor and she sadi that it might be things like depressed or im worried or childhood trumas. She said i wasnt mad.
But im still worried has any one got and tips or advise for me please
