To those who report negative reactions to voices:

But what I wanted to add here is that there are at least thousands of people world wide who are getting negative content voices as part of a total immersion harassment program, with the voices being transmitted by an improved version of the 34-year-old technology described in the link above. Along with electronic harassment, these people receive well covered up harassment by people in their communities as well. That phase is called "organized stalking" which can be searched for on the web.
