Can you tell me what kind of church it was and what doctrine they were teaching? After 26 years in church and visiting countess churches, I cannot tell you how many time I have sat in a church and thought to myself, "Now this is the kind of crap that runs people away." On the other hand, having found the right church, I found myself spinning rubber trying to get there because I understood the spiritual benefits.
Two things and I'll give you an opportunity to answer my question. Angels take orders from God. Secondly, even away from church with no one to remind us, our sins still pile up. But sins don't send you to hell. The lack of belief does.
