Who knows, maybe your son's problem is purely spiritual. But you are insulting God if you think that you alone have the answers. God gave us intelligence, from which we developed different fields of study, including psychiatry. There are thousands -- no, millions -- of kids in your son's position. His life can be so much better (and yours too) if you show some love and maturity and take your son to a mental health clinic. Not a priest who says he can exorcise the demons. But a board certified psychiatrist who can evaluate your son's condition and provide a proper treatment. This doesn't replace praying, necessarily. But a lot of psychiatrists are Christian/Jewish/Buddhist or what have you. That is to say, spiritual people themselves. They do what they do for their love of mankind and of their creator. So please, let them help.
