Dear Pete- Not Sad...What you are getting at is partially true, but not entirely. You~ are not God because you are not in control of the entire universe including yourself, your loved ones, your family and me. The reason is this... God holds the key to EVERYTHING but you only hold the key to You. I agree that a person could manifest themself into their own God, and in doing so you are committing idolatry. You are not the God of the Universe. Likewise with the Universe. It can only do what is limited to the universe. It can not create life outside of itself. The Universe is limited to itself. You are created and so is the Universe. Satan did this very thing you are talking about. As a created Creatue, He has now made himself his own God. So... what you are saying is true, but it is not the Ultimate truth. That still belongs to the ONE God, the one who created You. Did you create yourself? If so, how? Because otherwise you have only discovered the identical "secret" that Satan discovered. You have the right to be your own God, but you are NOT God of all. You do not dictate what happens at every cross road in the entire universe, you simply control You. I understand why you would think this and how you could come to this conclusion. An intellegent mind burns bright and these concepts are insightful. But, you can only be the God of You and therefore You are limited and not God at all. If you were truly God, you would have dominion over all.

God is God and He has given us each different gifts. You are an insightful man, with much to offer other people, but do not lie and say the world is full of Gods and deny that fact that there is ONE TRUE GOD!. There is ONE God and we are in the likeness, which is how it is not a far stretch for us to become our own God. Don't be confused and by all means, don't be afraid of the truth. God is all the things you say. He is Good and is not a God of fear, but there is still ONE God and you were known by that God even BEFORE the foundations of the earth and universe were formed.

It's not up to each person to "create" their own, heaven and hell and good and bad and powers (as you probably think) because there will come a day when the true God will be known and I'm sorry to say, You are not Him.

I agree with a lot of what you say.... "don't judge yourself". "let the thoughts go" . "don't believe anything that says you are less than perfect"... but I 100% DISAGREE that you are God or that I am God. You may be blessed with insight and wisdom, but use it for GOOD and stop advising people to create IDOLS (themselves) because you will be held accountable! If you are doing so in ignorace, than stop. I am sending this to you to warn you that creating an IDOL (you, yourself as God) is a lie and you are misleading people.
