The things these voices are saying to you is exactly what Satan would do himself. But God loves you and he wants you to chose him. God gave us all a choice to chose the world and the desires (satans desires) or to choose Christ (an everlasting life) God does not give us a spirit of Fear but one of a sound and peaceful mind.

Jesus Christ loved you so much he died for you, He wants you whole and healed. He does not want you to be torchered like this. He created you in your mothers womb and he predestined your journey. Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future."
