I hide my assets in panama so she has no clue what we have. i pull cash from my personal account each month and send money orders. much better than bahamas or swiss banks because with those they can't get the money but they can find out about it and count it against you or hold you in contempt and stick u in jail. there is no need for a prenup if you're smart about it. the lawyers will cost a bundle and just screw everything up. and with a prenup if you dont disclose all assets she can get the whole thing chucked. they wont miss 1000 amonth. if they ask then maybe i was going to strip clubs at lunch. :)
she should have an escape account though in her name. if she really is after the money she take her cash and go. i dont think the wife should know you have a lot of money until you retire. don't know why, but todays woman has a harder time being a saver like me. if my wife wants to travel in her retirement then maybe she wont mind so much when all this money starts popping up.
