There was a scientific paper written by J. Watson in 2007 stating that black people are less intelligent, going on to infer that geographical differences probably impacted rates of evolution between the races. That has always been my perception of things, though I by no means would condone any unequal treatment of blacks. It probably is a fact that they are less evolved, and it would explain why whites feel as though they are overall "different".
