That's not how evolution works. Animals don't have to be strong, they just have to survive long enough to breed. Then the species survives, and evolution continues. Humans don't need to be strong because we're so good at adapting to our enviorments. Humans are more attracted to social status, personality, wealth, etc than strength when looking for a mate.
