I just know you're not safe in a lot of parts of Africa. There is constant war there. Also I would not wish anyone to have their car break down where large populations of blacks reside in and most blacks who do become educated get the hell away from their black communities and only visit on the holidays.
Truthfully speaking I've driven through a lot of communities that were black, mexican, white, etc., and the most dangerous communities are, was and will be black communities. To be honest its not at all environmental, or otherwise. Its not 400 years of injustice, etc. Its not people down on their luck. There is something innately different about a certain group of people when wherever they populate the area it becomes unsafe to live, raise kids, drive through, etc. And yes, Africa is a craphole and always will be regardless of how much aid it gets and yes the last 40+ years of social welfare programs have failed, will fail and will continue to fail in the future. There is a genetic difference when trillions of dollars of social resources are poured on a race of people and they still can't evolve. Gary/Detroit/Africa are all the same..
