To the comment labeled "estrogen":

You CAN limit your use of products that have synthetic estrogen. I've added some links here that explain this matter in detail. It's interesting to note that synthetic estrogens have a correlation to cancer in humans. There are higher concentrations of parabens in breast cancer tissue. Do some research to see exactly what's in your shampoos, lotions, etc.

You can also stop using the birth control pill. Check out what is really happening when you take this form of contraception. It is not safe for you!
