Morgellons & Lyme Disease
Submitted by Chaos (not verified) on Wed, 2008-04-02 06:50.
Tests by at least two research groups have shown that 94+ percent of Morgellons sufferers test positive for Lyme Disease. This fact is consistently overlooked by most media when publishing stories about Morgellons.
Lyme Disease is known to inhibit both the bodies immune system defenses against parasites and ability to filter out heavy metals. Both parasites and metals play a role in Morgellons.
Morgellons and Lyme Disease share an almost identical symptom list. Exclusive to Morgellons are the skin fibers, a glue-like skin pore substance and possibly the presence of Agrobacterium.
