Question about how this relates to TOUCH also

Do you think there also is a 1/10 second delay in touch sensation also? I was thinking about this article and decided to clap my hands to see if there is a lag in sensation also. I don't perceive any. Maybe our brain also does the future thing with touch. What do you think?
