It looks as though one of the factors behind the rise in heart disease is lead.
I’ve been looking into the effects of too much light on heart disease at photoperiodeffect.com – it’s accepted that a proper amount of sleep is very strongly protective for heart disease, diabetes and more.
Now, add lead to the list. It was in gasoline for a very long time. Thanks, industry lobbyists everywhere.
Lead has been known for a long time to cause heart disease. But, as mentioned sleep is a key factor in protecting one against heart disease. These new studies should hopefully shed more light on this.
