Train on self-control — share my exprience (2)

1. According to human nature, people are willing to do the things that their favorate and easy to be absorbed in the progress. Yet it so hard to focus on a boring thing. Unfortunately, the way to get a success usually includes a arduous period which you should endure and get throught it. I’m the one who always be frastruted by this awful road.
Yes, I need change. Open the door in my heart and find a right way to help myself improve.
During these months, I made a list at the beginning of every week which involved several aims (less than 5) I have to finish in this week. Although I still failed in some extent, that is, sometimes my plan was interrupted by some unexpected things, I am content with the result. I sent two essays to magazines, and I finished a paper.
Yoga help me a lot. The training of meditation enhanced my concentration.
And now I’m read a books named The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. I hope I would get some inspiration from there.
