Tianjin Binhai Integrated Circuit Design Service Center (BICDS) is a non-profit organization providing public basic-technology supporting service for affiliated IC design companies. BICDS sets focus on small-sized IC design companies incubating, medium-sized guiding and large-sized supporting, as well as world class IC design companies bring-in to upgrade the overall IC design standard of Binhai, Tianjin.
