I am going to be a blogger on the web pages of Science Blog.
Let me first introduce myself so that readers know a bit of my background and can interpret what I write in the future.
I am a Chinese. My name is Yujiang. Wu is my surname. I am now a professor working in the School of Mathematics and Statistics in Lanzhou University, China. During my academic life, I have visited once France and been in Japan and Hong Kong etc.
My target audiences are primarily science and technology workers, particularly university and/or research institute staffs, or especially mathematics professors and students.
ScienceBlog.com has no paywalls, no sponsored content, and no agenda beyond getting the science right. Every story here is written to inform, not to impress an advertiser or push a point of view.
Good science journalism takes time — reading the papers, checking the claims, finding researchers who can put findings in context. We do that work because we think it matters.
