I feel the powder beneath my feet;<\/p>\n

A sickening\u00a0howl to the south,<\/p>\n

But I know that I am safe<\/p>\n

And so I dance with joy.<\/p>\n

Until my heart stops,<\/p>\n

As I see that<\/p>\n

I have run<\/p>\n

Out of<\/p>\n

Snow<\/p>\n

This is a nonet<\/a>, inspired by research done at the University of Wisconsin-Madison<\/a>, which found that climate change is forcing the habitat of the snowshoe hare further north. With reduced snow cover meaning that it must shift its habitat in order to avoid lynx, coyotes and other predators.<\/p>\n
