(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/jdhancock\/5082848566\" target=\"_blank\">Photo Credit: JD Hancock<\/a>)<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shadowpoetry.com\/resources\/wip\/pantoum.html\" target=\"_blank\">pantoum<\/a>, written about <a href=\"http:\/\/journal.frontiersin.org\/article\/10.3389\/fpsyg.2016.00499\/full\" target=\"_blank\">recent research<\/a>, which found that children are less likely to trust ugly people. The study found that children&#8217;s trustworthiness judgments were closely related to facial attractiveness\u00a0and that this relationship increased with age. These findings are the first to observe such behaviour in children, although previous research has shown that the same can be observed amongst new born babies and also adults.
