Required Reading in a Warming World

No, I’m not plugging my own Science Shelf book reviews. I just discovered the Climate Science Watch website and have added it to my browser favorites.

I learned about this site from an article on “The Intersection,” Chris Mooney’s blog about topics about science and politics.

Climate Science Watch is put together by Rick Piltz, a former Bush administration scientist who blew the whistle on the editing of climate change reports in ways that downplayed the serious implications of scientific findings.

I’ll continue to pass along items I glean from Mooney and Piltz as well as providing updates of my book reviewing here. Meanwhile, you can find links to my reviews of weather and climate books at the Science Shelf climate links page.
