The Third BHD Symposium has been discussed a lot in the blog and it is now only 5 days away! Final preparations are underway for the meeting, which will be held in Maastricht, the Netherlands on 11th and 12th May. The Symposium is a fantastic opportunity for everyone involved in BHD syndrome to get together and share thoughts and ideas.
This week, the Symposium programme and abstracts have been released and they are available to view here. The two day meeting will cover talks on clinical BHD research, such as studying FLCN mutations and symptoms of BHD, as well as basic BHD research, which continues to unravel the function of FLCN. This year there will also be talks on HLRCC.
Don’t forget there is also a patient and families session, details of which were discussed in a previous blog post. This session has a separate programme which can be found here.
It’s not too late to register and join us in Maastricht for what promises to be another insightful meeting into BHD. We look forward to seeing you next week!
