Three New Book Reviews at The Science Shelf

I just updated the Science Shelf to include three new book reviews: one on engineering design, another a biography of famous physicist, and the third about the politics of global warming.

The Design of Future Things
by Don Norman

A Force of Nature: The Frontier Genius of Ernest Rutherford by Richard Reeves

and
Censoring Science: Inside the Political Attack on Dr. James Hansen and the Truth of Global Warming by Mark Bowen

The last of these currently has only excerpts of the review, because the review has not yet appeared in print. It will be replaced by the full review on or about January 20, 2008.

Happy Science Reading, all!

Quick Note Before You Read On.

ScienceBlog.com has no paywalls, no sponsored content, and no agenda beyond getting the science right. Every story here is written to inform, not to impress an advertiser or push a point of view.

Good science journalism takes time — reading the papers, checking the claims, finding researchers who can put findings in context. We do that work because we think it matters.
