During the civil war this nation “nationalized” the railroad in the name of national security. The railroads seem to have recovered quite well.
In order to end our dependence on those countries which produce both our oil and the terrorists we must NATIONALIZE THE OIL INDUSTRY, cap gasoline at $1.00 a gallon at the pump (which would do more to stimulate the economy than most anything else) and keep the oil industry nationalized until those goals are realized. It may inconvience a few very very rich oil men, however we must all make sacrifices in the interest of NATIONAL SECURITY !
